12-Hour Cancellation & Downgrade Policy
We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations, reschedules, or service downgrades.
Non-Member / Walk-In Guests
Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
VIP Members
Late cancellations, downgrades, or missed appointments may incur a $25 flat fee.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when you do not arrive for your appointment and do not provide notice. No-shows are subject to the fees above.
Late Arrival Policy
- 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and may be charged per this policy.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is always welcome (subject to availability) as long as the 12-hour notice requirement is met.
