Before you arrive
Once you book, you’ll receive your appointment details and any notes you need to know. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you’re not rushing from the parking lot to the chair.
If you have inspiration photos, bring them. If you don’t, that’s fine — we’re built for guests who know exactly what they want and guests who just say, “I want something Niice.”
Check-in & welcome
You’re greeted, checked in, and offered a beverage. This isn’t a waiting room where you sit and hope. This is your reset space, and we treat it that way from the start.
The consult: building your set
Your tech will ask about:
- What you do day-to-day (work, school, events)
- How often you usually get your nails done
- Any nail goals (grow them out, keep them short, try new shapes)
From there, we recommend length, shape, and design options that fit both your lifestyle and your personality. The goal is simple: nails that look like you on your best day.
During your service
We walk you through each step as much or as little as you like. Tools are sanitized, stations are clean, and the pace is calm — no chaos, no rushing you in and out.

Finishing touches & aftercare
Once your set is complete, we check shape, length, and comfort with you. You’ll get simple aftercare tips so your nails stay Niice between visits:
